Kym Marsh Opens Up About Son's Death
On the heels of a very tough year, UK actress Kym Marsh says that she is honored to have been crowned Celebrity Mum Of The Year this week.
The Coronation Street star, who is mom to kids David, 14, and Emily, 11, suffered a devastating loss when her son Archie Jay passed away after arriving 18 weeks prematurely in February.
"It is a real honour to get this award. It is nice to know I have got a lot of support out there – it has been a really difficult year," she told reporters.
Kym has teamed with ITV1's Tonight for a special titled Born Too Soon.
"I hoped that doing this programme would go someway to finding some kind of answer as to why these things might go wrong with pregnancies," she explains.
Saying that her experience is still "very, very painful" to talk about, she recalls, "You do go home and your body is still doing all the things it would normally do (after giving birth) but you have no baby. So it's very, very hard to try and channel all those feelings somewhere else. It's very difficult... there kind of wasn't an awful lot of support afterwards, so you just leave with leaflets."
The 33-year-old beauty reveals that she's scared to try to conceive again: "I want to know what might happen in the future," she says. "If I was to try again, I would want to know that I was being looked after and maybe some steps were being taken to make sure they were monitoring me more closely."

The 41-year-old Mulholland Drive star recently discussed the joys of motherhood:
I'm a mum and the whole concept is science fiction. It is just bizarre. I still can't believe it when I look at my children that they came from one little moment and they're people. They're babies and people and they learn and figure out all these things and you go, 'God I can't believe it'."

Kourtney Kardashian: Weight Gain Worries
Mom-to-be Kourtney Kardashian is starting to fret about her pregnancy weight gain. At the Kardashian Charity Knock Out event in LA earlier this week, she shared her anxiety with ET Online:
I weigh myself everyday. I’ve gained 26 pounds since getting pregnant, except I gained three pounds since yesterday.
The 30-year-old celebutante, who is currently eight months pregnant, walked the red carpet in heels at the event but later regretted her choice of footwear: “Today I vowed that I was going to wear flats, and then at the last second, I threw on some heels,” she told ET, referring to the pink pumps. “I can’t wait to sit down already. It’s hard carrying the extra weight. I’m over the red carpet being pregnant.”
Kourtney’s stepdad, Bruce Jenner, has warned her that the hardest part is yet to come: “I have great confidence she will get through this – that baby will be born. But then the real tough stuff starts for her,” says Bruce, adding, “You’ve got a little baby there for 24 hours a day, for the next 20 years!”
Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick are expecting their baby boy at the end of this year.

Victoria Beckham: Romeo Is "So Into Fashion"
Ultra stylish mama Victoria Beckham - and her equally trendy hubby David Beckham - seem to have passed on their love of fashion to their middle son Romeo, 7.
The former Spice Girl says that Romeo is already showing his own distinct sense of style:
"We had dinner last night and Romeo wore a suit with a little shirt and tie. That's what he would wear every single day, he's so into fashion. The other boys are all about going to the beach; he's not interested. He's like, 'I want to go to work with mummy,' and he sits there going through the collection, feeling the fabrics, giving his opinion. He loves it."
Victoria, who strikes a glamorous pose on the cover of the December issue of the UK's Harper's Bazaar, reveals to the magazine that her trim shape is thanks to a lot of hard work: She hits the gym 7 days a week!
She says of her recent ads for Emporio Armani's underwear collection, “I didn’t want to rely on retouching. I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years’ time and say ‘Wow, look - after three kids - I didn’t look bad.’”

Oksana Grigorieva's Pregnancy Was "Difficult" Amidst The "Lies"
According to Oksana Grigorieva's mother Lyudmilla Chernukha, her daughter's pregnancy was "difficult" amidst the negative media she and her boyfriend Mel Gibson received.
Mel and Oksana welcomed daughter Lucia two weeks early on October 30. Chernukha told People she is "delighted" with the baby news and she can't wait to meet her granddaughter.
I'm very pleased for her because during her pregnancy she worried a lot because of all the bad press written about her. Lots and lots of lies," Chernukha says. "Her pregnancy was a hard one even though she had no [medical] problems with it. And, of course, Mel supported her and so did all her friends. She doesn't make any statements or get involved with refuting what's said about her. She just tries to keep herself closed off from all the journalists."
Grigorieva's pregnancy was announced six weeks after Gibson's wife of 30 years, Robyn Moore, then 53, filed for divorce. Gibson, 53, and Moore have seven children together. Grigorieva, 39, has a son, Alexander, 12, with James Bond actor Timothy Dalton.
