Look at Chelsea Clinton, she is an only child, and is doing well, at least better than Bush's daughters!!! Chelsea was never caught doing anything bad..like the Bush's.. anyways, I only have one child, and he is perfect, and also a genius!! There are many "only" children that turn out to do very well!!!
