OMG. I didn't even know that was her. Has she had work done or is that just a bad picture?
she does not look good!, whats wrong with her face???
Definitely a bad camera angle...but her face does look gaunt.
Has Madonna had cheek implants or has she just lost too much weight?
Also, Lourdes looks nothing like her mom.
her brother said in an interview that he hated what she did to her face but wouldnt say exactly what she had done..he he spotted the change in a recent picture of her...seriously im beginning to believe that the stressof her"marriage"is starting to take its toll on her and she will be 50 soon

The reports that she's gaunt and not taking care of herself are right. Wow, she looks terrible.
