Update: Charlie has confirmed the news! He released a statement to People magazine:
"Brooke and I are thrilled!" Sheen said in a statement Monday. "She's the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for. Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us."
In Touch magazine is reporting that Charlie Sheen is expecting a baby with new wife Brooke Mueller,
“They are so happy and excited,“ an insider says. “They are in love, and this news makes things even better.”
The Two and a Half Men star, 42, has a daughter, Cassandra, 23, with Paula Profit, and Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with Denise Richards. Brooke and Charlie met in 2006 and got married May 30 of this year.

May I suggest someone go over to Denise's and remove all potentially harmful things.
I just hope it's not another girl - I fully believe that he wanted a boy when Denise had Lola. Although the fact that he had three girls, and the fact that it's the guy who determines the sex, should point to him as the problem there.
