Actor Malcolm McDowell A Dad At 65

Actor Malcolm McDowell is preparing to be father again, at 65. The actor and wife Kelley will welcome their third son to the family in January, joining Beckett, 4, and Finn, 18 months, (Malcolm also has a grown son and daughter from his first marriage to Mary Steenburgen.)

McDowell, known for his starring role in The Clockwork Orange, is not phased by the new addition. He spoke with OK! Magazine about the new baby's role in his home,

“I’m a very active father of two — soon to be three — boys. They should be my grandchildren, but they’re my children, so go figure. It’s a very loud household! I always say here comes another stranger moving into our house, taking it over and everything is going to circulate around the new baby, of course, as it should. And we don’t know what the personality is [yet]; we don’t know what he looks like. We DO know it’s a him!”

The couple spoke about the family's favorite pastime, golfing!

Kelley said, “He’s a jokester. He takes them golfing every day. They’re so into it.”

Malcolm added, that Finn sits in Kelley’s arms in the golf cart but when they get to the green “he comes tottering out and starts swiping the ball, missing it most of the time.”

When asked about possible name choices, Malcolm said, “We’re not telling because that’s bad luck."

Malcolm, who had played the role of Mr. Linderman on the first season of Heroes, will be back this season.
