He's right, she is huge :) this outfit was probably not a good choice in making her seem slimmer. still very pretty though.
I think if she was little smaller than this would have been a good choice. But, since she is pregnant (but not huge) the outfi seems a big snug, and thats why she is getting that wrinkled look down at the bottom. But for someone having twins, I think she looks great.
