Jay-Z Wants Babies

Last night, Jay-Z attended the U.N.A. Global Leadership Awards Gala in New York sans wife Beyonce Knowles, but it definitely seemed like he had family on his mind! The rapper spent several weeks touring the continent and working to bring clean water to people in Africa, and was honored for it last night, but the experience did not inspire him to adopt,

"No," the Grammy-winner told PEOPLE. "I don't want to bring any kids home."

But he does want kids someday,

"Most people dream of having a family someday," he told reporters. "So I'm just a regular American boy."
