I'm honestly not one to normally criticize others about their parenting skills but come on, she's in a short-sleeved dress and everyone else photographed is in long pants and long sleeves. I live in a similar region and trust me, it has been cold recently. I always thought that young children felt the cold more than adults but maybe I'm wrong.
