An expectant Brooke Burke, 36, is pictured over the weekend with her girls Neriah, 7, Sierra Sky, 5, and Heaven Rain, 10-month. Burke is expecting her fourth child and second with fiance David Charvet, due spring 2008.

I count four little girls in that top picture. Who is the fourth child?
I'm not sure who the little girl is (by the tree when they are sitting...and pushing the stroller)

The diaper bag Brooke is carrying is her new design. I found it on Babooshbaby.com. It's called the “Hera” bag and is made from recycled sails. My girlfriend told me it's super light and she loves it! It says, “I’m a recycled diaper bag.” Who needs designers…! Brooke is also selling an organic baby oil for stretch marks and a cool post-pregnancy belly wrap called ”Tauts” on the website.
