The latest in the Britney Spears fiasco is that Federline's attorney called for an emergency hearing, in which Spears' visitation rights were "suspended pending further order of the court," The order is in effect until January 14.
After the 40-minute hearing Friday, Kaplan told reporters, "there are no winners here," adding that he was "not happy about any of the events that have happened."

I think it should be a very, very long time until Britney has access to the children again. I am very pro-family and I strongly believe that children need both parents, but those boys are in danger when they're with her. Not just when they're with her privately, but every time she straps them in the car and starts haphazardly dodging photogs by blowing red lights. I hope the judge looks out for their safety and keeps them far away from her distorted influence.
