TMZ spotted Gwen Stefani leaving a Mexican restaurant Casa Vega, holding on to baby Kingston James as she climbed into the backseat of a car -- she didn't place him in an infant seat or buckle him up!
I'm sure this happens all the time to avoid the paparazzi, do you think she eventually buckles him?

who cares? growing up that wasn't the law, and i was carried that way at times. you're always safe in your mothers arms.
Now now there is a big difference here tmz. First the she was calming her baby. Kingston was upset. I know I would try to calm my baby down. Than assure the child. I be right next to the child.
