Although hideously ugly, the high waist of "mom jeans" is practical, I hate to admit. The downside (pardon the pun) of being a fashionable, low-rise mommy is demonstrated by the woman sitting in the sand behind Heidi. Congratulations, lady. Your "whale tail" is on display for the whole World Wide Web.
