It's A Girl For Soleil Moon Frye !

Soleil Moon Frye and husband Jason Goldberg welcomed a baby girl yesterday. Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg was born in Los Angeles and weighed 8 lbs., 6 oz.
"Soleil had a wonderful experience, and both she and the baby are doing great," says the actress' rep.
The couple already has a 2-year-old daughter, Poet Sienna Rose. Congrats to the family ! (Believe it or not, I was so focused on other pregnancies, I almost forgot she was expecting too!)

With a mom named Soleil Moon, I am not surprised she gave unconventional names for her daughters. At least she didnt name her daughter after a fruit, an animal (Avery bear) or a job description (Pilot Inspektor, anyone?)
I love the name. I am not sure how "Joseph" plays into all this with the baby being a girl, but I think it is one of the neatest names I've heard lately.
IMO, it would seem more appropriate for a son, but like DEA already said, Soleil Moon isn't the most common of names and she appears to march to her own beat, so good for her.
I think it would have been better without the Joseph part. But maybe she's trying to take the gender attachment out of the name and maybe it's attached to someone in her family or something. Still, Jagger Joseph Blue -- it's so male.
