Jamie Lynn Spears' belly is definitely there, the mom-to-be wore a tighter fighting shirt as she celebrated her 17th birthday last night (we're used to seeing her in big bulky sweatshirts). Jamie Lynn and Casey spent her birthday with a visit to Wal Mart, then it was dinner at Ruby Tuesdays. Jamie Lynn's favorite present was most likely her engagement ring which she showed off to the paparazzi. "I love it," she told the cameras.
