Dylan McDermott Filed For Divorce From Wife Of 13 Years

Dylan McDermott filed for divorce from his wife, Shiva Rose, after 13 years of marriage. The actor is seeking joint custody of their 2 daughters, Collette, 11, and Charlotte, 2.

McDermott, 46, star of the TV series The Practice, and Rose, an actress, were married in 1995 and separated in March 2007. Dylan played an attorney on TV and is reportedly acting as his own lawyer in the divorce.
