Charlotte Church Talks Breastfeeding

The 22-year-old singer talked positively about the topic:

On Gavin's part in feeding: "He was pretty good - I was kind of mean and I woke him up even though there was not much he could do about it because I was breastfeeding."

On the health benefits: "And it was really reassuring knowing that Ruby had extra protection from chest, ear and stomach infections, as well as from diabetes and allergies."

On the convenience: "On top of that, breastfeeding is free and really convenient - especially in the middle of the night. And it's such a bonding thing with the baby; nature's way of saying, 'Sit down and have five - you have just given birth.' "
