Edith Bowman Can't Wait To Get Back On Her PowerPlate

Radio 1 DJ Edith Bowman is looking forward to exercising again after she gives birth to her first child in June. The Scottish DJ, 33, is expecting her baby with Editors singer Tom Smith and recently said,

"I was using the Power Plate before I got pregnant, but you're not allowed to use it when you're expecting. I'm not putting on too much weight but I'm desperate to use it again. It's good exercise and releases endorphins."
