Jamie Lynn Spears Leaves Hospital With Baby Maddie Briann

New mom Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, and her fiance Casey Aldridge, 19, have left the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi with their 2-day-old baby daughter, Maddie Briann.

The new family of three left at around 1:40am with a police escort. Mom and baby also kept a low profile, being covered with a white sheet as Casey drove them home in a white Range Rover.
