Hmmm…no trainer, no pills, how did she do it?  Honestly, you can walk out of the hospital close to your pre-baby weight.  Meaning after the baby and placenta deliver, along with the loss of amniotic fluid your weight drops.  In about 1 week your uterus drops into your pelvis.  Fluid retention is gone in about 4 weeks. Shopping sprees are nothing new for Britney Spears, but when the pop princess, 24, called the Malibu, California, boutique Planet Blue on October 9, she had something special in mind: a reward for dropping more than 25 pounds! Five weeks after giving birth, Spears is sporting a noticeably slimmer physique – and she did it without a trainer, pills or nutritionist.

“She is not treating herself with food and desserts anymore,” says a family friend of Spears, who gave birth to her second child, Sutton, on September 12.

According to an employee at the store, Spears gushed that she was “a whole new size – an 8,” and needed “all new clothes.”

Spears’ weight jumped from 120 to 160 during the pregnancy, but she she took off the pounds with diet and exercise.
