Brad was spotted taking his son, Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, 3, to a pediatrician’s office in NYC this afternoon. The Jolie-Pitt’s are in town to promote Angelina’s new movie ‘A Mighty Heart’ which premiered in NY last night.
