Ryan Phillippe is out in Beverly Hills on Bedford Drive, with his kids, Ava, 7 1/2, and Deacon, 3 1/2. It looks like Ryan is about to say something nasty to the photog. Those kids are adorable though, looks like Ava has some kind of trophy. Mom is Reese Witherspoon, who filed for divorce from Ryan on November 8, 2006 for undisclosed reasons.
