Actor Hugh Jackman, 39, enjoys a day in Sydney’s Centennial Park with his children Oscar, 7, and Ava, 2. The trio spent the day playing ball and collecting bugs. Hugh’s actress wife Deborra Lee Furniss, of eleven years wasn’t on the outing.
Jackman’s next project is the X-Men spinoff Wolverine.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Jackman has completed the Baz Luhrmann film Australia co-staring Nicole Kidman, and will begin filming Wolverine in January. The film is a prequel to Wolverine’s adventures in the X-Men movies. Wolverine is due on the big screen in May 2009.
This celebrity dad is in fantastic shape, I have to admit, I’m an X-Men fan, so I’m looking forward to seeing Wolverine.
