Matthew McConaughey’s girlfriend, Brazilian model Camila Alves, 22, was spotted in Malibu today running some errands. Camilla is supposedly 3 months along, but it takes longer to show your first pregnancy, so I would bet she’s in her 4th or 5th month. She really looks great!
