Gavin Rossdale Reveals New Baby Has Black Nursery

British rocker Gavin Rossdale talked recently about wife Gwen Stefani, not missing their new baby’s birth and how having children has changed him. The former rocker with British band Bush gave a revealing insight into his life with his glamorous superstar wife and their 2-year-old son Kingston.

Rossdale, 40, found out in 2004 that he has a 19-year-old daughter Daisy with former girlfriend Pearl Lowe.

On his relationship with Gwen: “We enjoy spending time together and Gwen always looks so great. It’s like four different women a week coming out of the dressing room. It is fantastic.”

On having a delivery surprise: “We don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl. We’re into the surprise element. Plus we are going to put him in a black room. He’ll be a goth baby so it doesn’t matter if it is a girl or a boy.”

On how having Kingston has changed him: “Every day, I am more crazy about Kingston. He’ll do something and all over again I can’t believe how magic he is. This time, I feel a lot more confident. First time around, I hadn’t even held a baby for more than three minutes prior to Kingston being born. I didn’t even know how to burp him.”

Releasing his new album “Wanderlust”: The reaction to it is pretty phenomenal, so I am blown away. After Institute, I removed all expectations and thought, ‘Let’s go down in flames.’ “I had this incredible career with Bush, then formed Institute and made this really heavy record to get it out of my system.”

His son’s impact on his music: “Having children, you just want to be good for them and inspiring. I think Kingston may even enjoy Institute.”

im thinking the whole goth thing for a baby is a bit much. He’s probably joking…………..i hope. Sometimes i feel celebrities will go to great lengths to be “different” when all the while all they come across as is bizarre.
