Queen Fabiola of Belgium turns eighty next week and celebrated recently with her great-nieces and nephews. The youngest guest was her great-niece Eleanore, who is only 8-weeks-old.
Fabiola is the sister-in-law of the current sovereign, Albert, and has remained a popular figure since her husband’s death in 1993.
