Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott were spotted out for the first time since daughter Stella Doreen, 2 weeks, was born. The couple lunched with friends at La Scala in Beverly Hills, on Saturday.

    the toenails thing is pretty strange. I cant imagine leaving my baby with nannys or whatever this early either. I clung to the early moments like crazy

    I would never leave the house with my husband if his toenails were painted. What I would do is leave HIM!
    How idiotic…only in Hollywood. The East Coast has so much more…class .
