Katie Holmes gave daughter Suri, 2, a quick smile in New York City today as the two of them braved the rain. Using Suri's new umbrella for cover, they took a walk and showed off their oufits - which some of our readers will be happy to know are weather appropriate. Katie and Suri waved and smiled at the photographers along their walk.

red nailpolish on a girl that young?! parents are allowing their kids to grow up way to fast.
I think she is carrying Suri too low to be pregnant again, or at least that pregnant. Women hold their children higher, above the bump when they are pregnant.
as for the red nail polish, seriously people? Why do you guys find something wrong with every single picture. First it was the lack of a coat, then the fact that they always dress her in dresses. Now that a picture has surfaced where she is wearing long sleeves and pants, you have to complain about the nail polish? i see no problem in putting nail polish on a two year old.

That's exactly why our kids grow up fast and end up making grown up decisions at an early age. No big deal until they start wearing make up and presenting themselves as much older than they are because their parents encouraged it. Guess I'm not liberal enough. Glad my parents were old fashioned too. Glad I didn't end up pregnant at 16...
If wearing nail polish at age 3 would have let you to get pregnant at age 16 there is something seriously wrong with you. Maybe you should see doctor ;)

little girls love nail polish...i dont see that as a big deal....a little nail polish doesnt mean she is going to grow up too fast....does playing mummy with dolls mean the same thing? little kids love to play grown up & princess & all that fun stuff, they can learn by imitation. nail polish is the least of parents worries these days & i dont think a child necessarily turns out bad because of something like that.
Yeah because nail polish at 2 means that she'll be pregnant at sixteen...yeah right. I wore nail polish as a young child and I sure didn't end up a pregnant teen. I don't see what one has to do with the other.

lol.. shes wearing a red and black outfit, with a red and black umbrella, shes just wearing the shade of nail polish to match, not becuase shes an aspiring hooker. You people are unbelievable. Theres nothing wrogn with a little bit of nail polish..and if the emphasis is on the color of the nail polish mostly, thats even more reason to get a grip
