Barrell chested is a condition of emphysema caused most often by smoking. These people have a very specific look-barrell chested and very thin from working so hard to breathe, this is caused from smoking cigarettes.

These people can get o2 in but the lungs are like a balloon which has been blown up too much and loses elasticity-the lungs just don't work for air exchange so the people are oxygen starved so giving oxygen won't work particularly well, either, and has specific parameters for administration.

SO PEOPLE, please do not smoke around your children because second hand smoke DOES cling to your person and clothes and curtains, carpets, ect so you are exposing your children to this.

Nell is so pretty and healthy looking. It is refreshing to see a baby that is not anemic looking with it's bones sticking out. Her mother is not only nursing her, which by the way is the best thing any mother can do for her baby, but she is eating cereal and fruit. As others have said, once she starts walking, she will not only lose weight, but she will grow taller.

Maybe if some of you took into account how tiny Helena was you wouldn't be making as big a fuss about this. Nell's perfectly fine...her mom is very petite, so maybe it just makes her look that much bigger
