Julie Bowen and 19-month-old son, Oliver, were spotted at the P.S. ARTS "Express Yourself 2008" event in Santa Monica on Sunday.

The Boston Legal actress and her husband, Scott Phillips, recently revealed that they are expecting their second child this spring.
