Gwen Takes Zuma For A Check-Up

Accompanied by her assistant, Gwen Stefani took 3-month-old Zuma for his well baby check-up at a Beverly Hills Medical Clinic on Thursday. The family was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, and just returned earlier that day.
