Amanda Peet and her 1 1/2-year-old daughter, Frances Pen Benioff, enjoyed their Sunday morning at the Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills.
Amanda is the spokeswoman for Every Child By Two (ECBT), a non-profit organization which advocates childhood vaccination. The 36-year-old actress began working with the group after becoming concerned by the “amount of misinformation floating around [about vaccines], particularly in Hollywood.” Amanda’s controversial comments in Cookie magazine which stated “Frankly, I feel that parents who don’t vaccinate their children are parasites,” were followed by a personal apology. However, she still strongly supports childhood immunizations.

Good for her. There IS a lot of misinformation around, and quite a bit of it is endorsed by celebrities. We’re going to end up with children dying in unnecessary epidemics in the years to come.
Frances is such a beautiful baby.
There’s also a LOT of misinformation about the safety of vaccinations.
My adopted granddaughter has a half-brother who is autistic. Therefore she is being innoculated on an altered schedule. Better safe that sorry. Afterall, look how often people deny health problems as a result of chemicals only to have to revoke that clearance later.
