Update: Lance Armstrong Expecting Fourth Child

Update: Lance has confirmed that he is expecting his fourth child to People, where he said,

"Anna and I are thrilled to confirm that we are expecting in June and our families are ecstatic and grateful," he says in a statement. "We are very much looking forward to what 2009 brings on many fronts. We appreciate respecting our privacy, as we are both eager to celebrate the holidays as a family."

Perez Hilton is reporting that Lance Armstrong is going to be a daddy for the fourth time!

"Lance and Anna [Hansen] have been quietly dating since July," a source told him. "They met through Lance's charity work. Anna works at a non-profit for cancer survivors."

The two are said to be "thrilled" with the baby news.

Lance has three other children with ex-wife Kristin Richards - son Luke, 9, and twin daughters Isabelle and Grace, 7. All three were conceived with sperm that was frozen prior to Lance's chemotherapy and surgery to treat his testicular cancer. This new baby was conceived naturally, a miracle in itself, as only a handful of survivors have active sperm due to the radiation from chemotherapy.

The baby was not planned, but "they couldn't be happier," according to a source.
