Nicole Richie was out and about with her 11-month-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate on Monday night in Los Angeles.

According to our poll, Harlow was our favorite celebrity baby name of 2008. We can’t wait to hear what Nicole and Joel name their next baby.

    I think motherhood has done some really positive things for Nicole. She just LOOKS more responsible! Not to mention Harlow is so cute (even if it’s not my favorite name)

    i love how she dresses Harlow. Always in little headbands, like a hippy chick :) definately love the new Nicole.
