Pregnant Kelly Rutherford Files For Divorce

Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch. The papers were filed in Los Angeles on December 30, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorce. The couple's second child is due in June; they are already parents to 2-year-old son Hermés Gustaf Daniel Giersch.

How very unfortunate for the children involved. Personally, I'm in favor of a law that helps "encourage" couples to abstain from having children until the marriage is proven stable - a term of 5 years at least. Perhaps instead of child tax credits, something like childlessness tax credits...
