Nicole Richie Gives Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Baby Advice
Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, who gave birth to son Bronx one month ago, has turned to her pal Nicole Richie for parenting tips. Nicole, whose daughter Harlow celebrates her first birthday on January 11, gives the new mom a unique perspective.
"They are both party girls turned moms," an insider tells In Touch Weekly. "Ashlee has an amazing connection with Nicole, and that's why she's relying on her." The insider adds that Ashlee even phoned Nicole early one morning when she couldn't get Bronx to fall asleep. "She has been there for Ashlee since day one," a pal says. "Nicole basically told her to call any time, day or night, if she needs some moral support or help."
Ashlee isn't the only Hollywood mom going to Nicole for help. Christina Aguilera, mom to Max who turns one the day after Harlow, has also gone to Nicole for tips and advice.

Ah, if only she'd said "for the love of all things holy, don't call the poor boy 'Bronx Mowgli' because parents aren't supposed to give the school bully ammunition!"
Still, who would have thought Nicole would have turned out to great mum when she was driving the wrong way drugged up to her eyeballs? Fair play Ms Richie!
AND..if only she'd asked Ashlee to tell Pete to "shut the H*ll up" about his love for breastmilk, and all TMI stories..!
