Katie Holmes and her 2-year-old daughter Suri spent some time in SoHo Thursday afternoon. The mother-daughter duo stopped off at Dean & Deluca, where Suri got a cookie, afterwards they did some shopping at UNIQLO.

Yes, Suri is a kid - but - I feel like I never see her doing anything but eating sweets, holding a bottle, ... it seems like she is the "boss".

i was thinking the same thing... she looks tired (which I'm sure she is!). dark circles under her eyes...
