Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford and her estranged husband Daniel Giersch appeared in a Santa Monica court today for a child-custody hearing, regarding their son Hermes, 2.
Both are asking for sole custody of their son, with monitored visitation. Giersch wants to prohibit Kelly from taking 2-year-old Hermes to NYC to film the show.
Rutherford, 40, is 4 months pregnant with the estranged couples second child, a girl.
