The Gilberts Get Smiley For The Paps

Sara Gilbert walks to her car with her children, Levi, 4, and Sawyer, 17 months, in Beverly Hills after visiting a medical center on Tuesday.

Sara's partner of seven years is writer and produce Allison Adler. Sara gave birth to their daughter Sawyer, and their son Levi Hank was carried by Allison. The family of four were just spotted spending a busy day in Los Angeles over the weekend.
