Reese Witherspoon was spotted taking her 5-year-old son Deacon to a doctor’s office for a check-up in Santa Monica on Friday.

The 32-year-old actress, whose real name is Laura Jeanne Reese Witherspoon, also has a 9-year-old daughter Ava with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

Reese is another one of my favorite moms. I adore her and her little ones. Deacon has grown a lot since this summer. It's true that don't stay little for long. So adorable.
