Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell, his wife Leighanne Wallace and their 6-year-old son Baylee are all smiles upon arrival at LAX. Brian appears to have suffered an injury to his left forearm as he wears a red cast, forcing him to carry the family dog with his right hand. Littrell’s son Baylee, who was just diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease, has been a topic of discussion in recent news following the tragic death of actor John Travolta’s son, Jett, who also had the disease.
