Two Corrie Actors Welcome Babies

Coronation Street's Wanda Opalinska and Jack P Shepherd have both become first time parents within 24 hrs.

Wanda Opalinska, who plays factory worker Wiki, welcomed her first child, a son on Feb. 12th. Rafal was born at 12:39 p.m and weighed 7lb 5oz. Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt, welcomed a daughter, no other details have been released.

Sadly, the news came just a day after co-star Kym Marsh's son Archie passed away, he was born prematurely at 18 weeks on Feb. 11th. Co-star Alison King's daughter was born on the same day.
