Pregnant Holly Willoughby was photographed at The 2009 Brits Awards, held at Earls Court in London.
The 28-year-old English television presenter confirmed her pregnancy on The Xtra Factor in November of last year. The babydaddy is Holly's husband, television producer Dan Baldwin.

How do we know shes having a girl? she said in ok magazine the other week that she didn't want to know as it was like "opening your christmas presents early" confused?!
