Mel C Welcomes A Daughter: Scarlet Starr

The latest Spice Girl has arrived! Melanie Chisholm, 35, and her partner Thomas Starr welcomed a baby girl on Sunday: Scarlet Starr.

"Melanie C gave birth to a beautiful little girl at 4:10 pm on Sunday 22nd February." Mel C announced on her Web site. "The baby weighed 8 lbs 3 oz. Both Mum and baby, named Scarlet Starr, are doing fine."

Congratulations to the Chisholm-Starr family!
