Kelly Rutherford Is Stylish In Black & White

Pregnant Kelly Rutherford was spotted attending the 2009 Bent on Learning Benefit at the Stephen Weiss Studio in NYC.

Kelly and her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, have been battling in court over custody of their son Hermes. The 40-year-old Gossip Girl actress has been granted temporary custody of the 2 1/2-year-old until the end of March.

Kelly is expecting the couple’s second child, a girl in June.
