Courtney Thorne-Smith was seen taking her 1-year-old son Jacob 'Jake' Emerson Fishman for a walk around their Pacific Palisades neighborhood. Courtney was just spotted 'wearing' Jake the other day as well.

The 41-year-old actress is best known for portraying Alison Parker on Melrose Place, Georgia Thomas on Ally McBeal, and Cheryl on According to Jim.
