Billy Ray Cyrus was spotted out riding bikes with his 8-year-old daughter Noah Lindsey Cyrus in their Toluca Lake neighborhood.
Billy Ray and his wife Tish have three children together, daughters Miley and Noah, and son Braison. The Achy Breaky Heart singer also has two adopted stepchildren, 19-year-old Trace (singer/guitarist for Metro Station) and 21-year-old Brandi. The 47-year-old once known for his mean mullet, adopted Brandi and Trace when they were young children. He also has a son from a previous relationship, 16-year-old Christopher Cody.
