Anne Heche & James Tupper Welcome Son Atlas

Men In Trees co-stars Anne Heche and James Tupper welcomed a baby boy

this past weekend PEOPLE reports. Atlas Heche Tupper weighed 6 lbs., 12 oz. at birth.

A rep for the couple, who met on the 2007 set of their televison show says, “They are ecstatic.”

Atlas joins older brother Homer, 7 from Anne’s previous marriage.

    Uh, Adriana? Homer’s a poet! But they do have a Greek theme (well I guess Anne has, since they’re both her sons).

    If we want to get even more technical, Atlas was not a Greek God, but a Titan (in Greek Mythology– he was the Titan who held the world on his shoulders)…. I don’t really have a problem with the name, I think it’s kinda nice…

    Yeah but Atlas had to hold the weight of the world.. what a dubious ‘honor’, ha. Let’s hope he doesn’t live up to the name in that sense.

    My response to the name? Ayn Rand’s ‘Atlas Shrugged’..:)

    Glad the baby was delivered with no problems and healthy though.
