Kelly Rutherford was spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in New York City on Tuesday. The expectant actress was seen arriving at work, eating an apple and wearing hair rollers before shooting began.
The pregnant actress and her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, have been battling in court over custody of their son Hermes. The 40-year-old Gossip Girl actress has been granted temporary custody of the 2 1/2-year-old until the end of March.
Kelly is expecting the couple’s second child, a girl in June
