Kelly Rutherford Is Gossip Girl Gorgeous

Kelly Rutherford was spotted with that pregnancy glow on the set of Gossip Girl in New York City on Wednesday.

Kelly will be returning to court soon. The pregnant actress and her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch, have been battling over custody of their son Hermes. The 40-year-old Gossip Girl actress has been granted temporary custody of the 2 1/2-year-old until the end of March.

Kelly is expecting the couple’s second child, a girl in June.
