Jenna Jameson Says Sit-Ups Paid Off During Childbirth
New mom Jenna Jameson took to her MySpace blog today to give fans an update on life with 1-month-old twins Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette.
Jenna writes that she delivered the "gorgeous boys" at 33 weeks, after 2 months of bed rest and credits her "easy" childbirth to many, many sit-ups:
"I was blessed with a very easy labor, it lasted about 2 hours. When it came to pushing them out, I truly believe the 500 sit ups a day paid off. I was able to push my 5 pound Jesse out in 5 pushes. Journey who was 4lb 11oz was out in 3 pushes."
Though the twins are just a month old, it sounds as though Jenna and her boyfriend Tito Ortiz are planning to add to their family one day.
"I loved the whole process of being pregnant and I hope to have another baby someday," she says. "But in the meantime, I'm having a blast with my two little monsters! By the way, Jesse looks like me and Journey looks like Tito! I feel like the luckiest girl ever!!!!!!"

I don't want to sound rude but I’m thinking that there might be another reason why the boys just ‘popped out’ (besides the fact that they were really small, since they’re twins), lol.
Not a fan of her life choices, but kudos to Jenna for giving birth vaginally to twins. I don’t think any celebrity did it recently (as far as I can remember).
I"m with Sanja. I'll say it... those babies just fell out cuz she was a porn star, not cuz she did a 500 sit ups!! lmao Come on Jenna, be real. So the message here is, if you wanna hava and easy birth and want your child to just fall out become a porn star. This is too easy!! lol

They popped out becuase she has extreme control of her pelvis and stomach muscles, AND becuase they are REALLY tiny! They are less then HALF of what my daughter was...ridiculous. Tiny small light babies are skinny and little... i hate people who make light of things.

I echo the sentiment, I am sure there are other reasons birth was so easy, but congrats and kudos for giving birth to twins the old fashioned way! and she does have a point about being in shape when pregnant, I can barely force myself to do a few situps and I am not knocked up :-)
oh PLEASE! if tons of sex made birth easy it wouldn't just be porn stars who have easy births... unless she was making movies with men who had 5 pound genitalia. sheesh people.
Her babies were small... thats why... and the first paved the way for the second. Being in shape helped im sure but 5 pounds is tiny.
I also say Kudos for the vaginal delivery of twins. Good for her.

Are you people trying to say that she had her babies easily because she has a giant vagina and cervix due to being a porn star? That is so stupid, and not even funny. I'm not a fan of porn, but that doesn't give me leave to be rude and stupid. As another poster said, Jenna had less sex onscreen per year than most women do at home with their partners. Or are you trying to say that she's a whore and slept with a lot of men off screen as well? How rude.
Well, 'anonymous' since you don't even have the guts to SIGN your name to your posts you're hardly in a position to call other people's names and other posters stupid. But I guess it takes one to know one. (And I believe that I'm actually one of the rare posters here who actually hasn't been rude and clearly indicated that I was joking by putting 'LOL' at the end of my post. AND I've praised Jenna's birthing choices.)
It's your decision if you feel that we should approve of prostitution, but I'm not going to apologize for having morals and not thinking that having sex with strangers for money is admirable.

Actually, Jenna may have filmed less than 30 movies, but offscreen she has said that she loves sex and was addicted. And taking into affect that she had sex with men and women that used or had large genitalia...!!!! All these factors lead to "jokes" which is so easy to do with her. I don't know why people have to get on here calling others names and getting so upset??!! Lighten up// :)
okay if i'm reading this correctly they were born at 33 weeks... THAT is why they came out so easily... that's 7 weeks early. that's premies. and i am thinking the rigorous exercise may have had something to do with the PRETERM labor. ugh. i hate when people make it seem like babies beig born that early is normal and not risky... like when old octomom said her babies were doing great... they were all receiving assistance breathing and if i'm not mistake were on feeding tubes. that's NOT great.
